Business/IT Alignment

The value delivered by any business or business function is ultimately determined by it’s customers.

There are three components to our Business/IT Alignment Framework:


Strategic Alignment - How well are the business and IT objectives, organization, and governance structures aligned? A re the business and IT organizations aligned on the role and priorities of the IT organization? IT Services -  The business experiences IT through the services that IT delivers. Customer satisfaction with these services provides a key measure of Business/IT alignment.  We assist our clients in defining and understanding IT services our Lean IT Transformation services.


Business Engagement - IT cannot work in a vacuum. The level and quality of business involvement in key IT processes will have a significant impact on the value that IT delivers.  We assist our clients in improving this through our IT Executive Support services.
